Victory Of Good Over Evil

In India, most of the festivals give us a message of the victory of good over evil in one way or the other, but the most important festival that marks this victory is Dussehra. It is celebrated exactly 20 days before Diwali. According to the Hindu calendar,  Dussehra or Vijaya Dashmi is celebrated across the country on the 10th day of the bright fortnight of the month of Ashwin. Dussehra, is one of the most note worthy Indian festivals.        ‘Ahimsa Paramo Dharma’ is a Sanskrit phrase. Where ‘ Ahimsa’ means ‘von-violence’ , ‘ Paramo’ ‘topmost, and supreme’ , and ‘ Dharma’ is ‘duty ’.
